We have implemented a registration system using the PayPal online payment system.  This will enable you to conveniently  register for the Winter Meeting.  Unfortunately, PayPal does not accept corporate credit cards.  Fill in your affiliation and phone# and click on the appropriate PayPal button below to register and make your payment.  If you are not yet a member of PayPal you will be asked to fill out a form on the secure PayPal site and supply credit card or electronic payment and contact information.  You will receive an e-mail receipt for payment.
